There are two models of ather scooter offered by a private company named Ather Energy pvt ltd.
The name of these two models are Ather 450X and Ather 450Plus.

Ather energy pvt ltd was a startup which was founded by Mr. Tarun mehta and Mr. Swapnil jain in 2013.The now 28 year olds have since taken the company to new heights.They have recieved investments from big giants like hero motorcop which holds 32.31% stake in the company after investing Rs 51 million in two rounds,flipkart founder Sachin Bansal and a few other investors.
